What will I be doing?

This is a hugely important hire for the agency, as this Digital Account Director will spearhead its soon-to-be digital offering. You’ll be working on a portfolio of retained and project-based clients that will involve social media management; advising on social strategy; community management; creation of content calendars; creating and managing influencer programmes; channel reporting and evaluation. This is a role that will involve lots of creativity and requires agility to jump on to trends and keep clients one step ahead. You’ll be working mostly with TikTok and Instagram so proved experience with these channels will need to be demonstrared

This role is ideal for someone who is in a consumer PR role but wants to lean more into creative multi-channel global campaigns. Essentially, you’re bored of pure press office accounts and want to sink your teeth into global strategy, huge stunts, events etc. The company you’ll be joining is truly brilliant – think tight-knit team, annual company trips, early finish Fridays all-year round, flexi-hours and all around a generally inspiring, culturally tapped-in group of people.

Salary: up to 40k DOE

What will I be doing?

As an Account Manager you will primarily be responsible for client & project management day-to-day, and leading on the delivery of campaigns. You will be working on massive drinks and FMCG brands that cross over into pop culture and sports, and the work will mainly be about tapping into new audiences and reinforcing brand love.

The beauty of this agency is that they’re not just a press office agency. The work is incredibly varied and, on some accounts, you’re acting as the global developing toolkits for in-market activations. You will need to be a big-ideas person, that’s able to get under the skin of a brand and guide the team on how to meet client’s objective. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and (this is bit is critical) and will involve lots of client handling.

Who do I want to hear from?

This is a consumer PR role so I only want to hear from consumer PR specialists (please!). Sadly in-house candidates won’t be considered unless you have had a recent tenure at an agency. Ideally you will come with global brand experience and be able to speak the language of big brands. Perhaps you’ve come from an integrated background having worked cross agency to deliver huge campaigns, and you’d like to join a smaller agency where you have more of a voice. The Senior Account Manager role

They're looking for someone that's worked at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level in a PR agency - you don't need to have experience working in property PR specifically, but an interest in the property space is key!

About the Account Director role:

4. Business growth & account profitability – You will take a proactive role in new business, helping to identify new revenue streams as well as actively contributing to proposal development and attending pitch presentations You’ll also be finding ways to grow existing accounts and ensure servicing levels are adequate for the fee income

The ideal Account Director:

The Ideal Account Director for this role will have deep sector knowledge and experience in travel & tourism brands, working at Senior Account Manager level or Account Director level looking for a step up. You’ll need to be interested in new business and overall how your clients affect the agencies bottom line – ambitious and entrepreneurial in mindset. As this agency is a boutique agency, the Account Director must be comfortable with being hands on in the delivery of work and be motivated by seeing results.

ACCOUNT MANAGER PUBLIC RELATIONS ROLE IN CREATIVE BRAND DESIGN circa 40k- MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT

This Account Manager role is *niche* but VERY cool. Firstly, this is a public relations role, so ideally I want to see people with strong PR experience, however I am also open to seeing applicants from a content writing background who are interested in public relations.

You’ll be joining a specialist PR agency that represents clients in the brand design space. In other words, they work with the design studios, creative agencies and brand strategists that are responsible for some of the biggest brands on the planet. They shout about the stories behind these brands and all the creativity & innovation that goes into building them.

You’ll be joining an expert team of 20+ people from PR, content, journalism and design and they’re genuinely a great bunch. They’ve worked really hard to create a positive working culture here, which means no working to ridiculous hours, everyone is treated with respect and kindness, as well the fact that they offer as a host of brilliant benefits – in fact they recently won an award for their culture.

In a nutshell, this is a role for someone who can prove that they:

• Can write well
• Can talk to and manage senior stakeholders/clients

REMEMBER: this is a public relations role which requires a at least 2/3 years of relevant experience so sadly we’re not open to graduates, or people from alternative backgrounds. This role is also based in Sussex (one hour commutable distance from Victoria) and will require being in the office 3 days  week, due to the nature of the role.
