An Account Director / Senior Account Director vacancy has opened at London’s leading specialist comms firm for high-growth tech brands.

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Director / Senior Account Director to lead a growing division of the business.

About the Account Director / Senior Account Director role:

  • Independently develop strategic communications plans with minimum support from Director
  • Independently provide high-quality strategic guidance for clients, identifying challenges proactively
  • Manage team workload and identify/address any capacity issues
  • Ensure all team output has been reviewed before being sent to clients, ensuring all work is submitted at a high standard
  • Coach and develop team, with a focus on helping AM/SAMs to progress
  • Be hands on enough to draft compelling written content where needed
  • Educate junior team members on relevant media and maintain your own media relationships
  • Regularly attend networking opportunities and demonstrate knowledge of key figures and organisations within the tech world
  • Take a lead in the new business process

The ideal Account Director / Senior Account Director

The ideal Account Director or Senior Account Director will have a passion for the tech start-up world with a demonstrable interest in the relevant figures, media outlets, events. You will come from a B2B tech PR background and be comfortable developing and implementing communications programmes for these types of businesses. Cybersecurity experience would be advantageous but not required. You must have strong client management skills, be a natural networker and be a confident writer.  *This role is only open to people with PR agency experience*

What the Account Director/ Senior Account Director gets in return:
