About the Senior Social Media Executive role

  • Review consumer news (FMCG, food & drink) and compile news roundups for clients and wider team
  • Draft copy for a range of different social media platforms
  • Log and oversee coverage reporting as well as content performance – contribute this information to activity reports
  • Community management of client social media pages
  • Build an oversee influencer lists for appropriate FMCG, food & drink and other general consumer brands 
  • Draft photography briefs and shot lists and where needed support on logistics for content shoots


The ideal Senior Social Media Executive role

  • At Account Executive level or Senior Account Executive level (social & digital)
  • Demonstrable experience in social media / digital content
  • Has strong understanding of social & digital platforms an supporting trends
  • Must have agency experience working on consumer brands, particularly FMCG, food & drink 
  • Strong creative writing skills as well as creative thinking
  • Personal interests in food, drink and culture
