Job Title: Account Director – Independent Creative Agency  

Location: Remote working/optional flexible co-working space in London  

Start date: ASAP  

Salary: Up to £55K per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, working from home opportunities, pension, extra paid holiday for charity work   

About the Agency

Exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Account Director to join an award winning, purpose-led, independent creative agency. This collaborative and dynamic creative agency specialises in social and digital, driving growth for brands through insight, strategy, creative and media. They specialise in working with socially conscious brands in multiple sectors including FMCG, health & beauty, drinks and tech. About the Account Director role

The Account Director will be focusing on an exciting and purposeful new account within the agency. The new account is a large philanthropic foundation that aims to tackle the climate emergency, supporting a network of NGO’s and charities to change the narrative around climate change. The new Account Director will focus on the partnership with this foundation, but the role may also include work on some of the agency’s other accounts.  

 Key Responsibilities for the Account Director:  

  • Take ownership of client relationships, develop and maintain a deep understanding of their objectives and ensure financial targets are met 
  • Lead teams and specialists from across the agency to deliver exciting and complex strategy and creative projects 
  • Own client forecasting, resourcing and commercial strategy 
  • Recruit, train and nurture an Account Manager to support on the partnership 
  • Build and manage relationships with passionate senior stakeholders  

About You

You’ll be an Account Director with integrated experience, enthused about the prospect of working in a socially and environmentally conscious creative agency that’s committed to being a force for good.
