About the Associate Director

Working across a number of business and consumer tech brands the Associate Director will be an integral team member in helping to grow the business, be a trusted advisor to clients and inspire the team. The role will involve:

  • Strategy development including team resourcing and budget management
  • Nurturing senior level relationships with clients and stakeholders in client organisations
  • New business – building out the existing client portfolio
  • Maintenance of revenue target to ensure account profitability
  • Ideas generation as well as development and implementation of industry-leading initiatives
  • Encouraging, inspiring and motivating teams
  • Working alongside on of the Managing directors on one of the agencies biggest clients
  • Working in line with and contributing to the agency’s business plan

The ideal Associate Director will:

  • Be working at Associate Director level or an SAD taking a step up
  • Come from either a corporate / business or tech background – a mix of B2B and B2B tech experience would be advantageous as having robust industry knowledge is required for this role
  • Demonstrable experience increasing agency revenue through new business wins
  • Be ambitious, confident and assertive – this is an agency that welcomes strong opinions and ideas
  • Have experience leading sizeable teams

What the Associate Director will get in return
