They are an award winning creative social media and digital agency, with recent creative accolades at Cannes and being named Agency of the Year by an industry publication. Their client portfolio is an exciting array of big name consumer brands in sectors including Food, Drinks, FMCG and Tech. Specialists in social media, they are known for their creativity, and work they’ve created for household name brands has gone viral in the past. They are a friendly, supportive and collaborative team, amid an exciting growth phase. The new Account Manager will have the opportunity to get stuck in and grow with the agency.
About the Account Manager role
The new Account Manager will sit in the client services team and will work across an exciting mix of household name consumer brand clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients.
- Develop social and content strategies and campaigns.
- Work on client pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with creatives to deliver social assets and campaigns.
- Oversee junior team members.
You’ll be a social media specialist, ideally with client facing agency side experience. You’ll be looking to progress your career at an award-winning specialist social agency.
Key skills and experience needed for the Account Manager role:
- Agency experience preferred.
- B2C social media experience.
- Knowledge of the latest social platforms and trends.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the industry.
