Job Title: Managing Director (MD) – B2B Marketing Agency
Location: London, with scope for combo of office and WFH
Salary: Circa £110K-£140K depending on experience, plus bonus of up to £50K if hitting target, EMI scheme and other benefits.

Exciting opportunity for an experience leader to join a growing B2B Marketing agency as Managing Director (MD). This award winning and entrepreneurial B2B marketing agency is part of a wider group, and their expertise spans content, communications, digital marketing, design and research. Their clients are an exciting mix of household name B2B companies, in sectors including tech, fintech and professional services. They are an agile agency that has experienced solid growth over the last few years, now entering the next phase of their journey. The new Managing Director (MD) will be joining an organisation with a collaborative, dynamic and forward-thinking outlook.
About the Managing Director (MD) role
The new Managing Director will report into the Group CEO, and will take ownership over the day to day running of the agency, providing leadership around agency process and culture.
Key Responsibilities for the Managing Director (MD):
- Plan and drive processes to help scale the business.
- Adopt a people and culture focussed approach, ensuring the team is happy.
- Ensure the agency is on track commercially.
- Work with the new business lead and director of growth, helping to get the agency onto pitching opportunities for big projects.
Skills and experience needed for the Managing Director (MD) role:
- Agency background.
- Experience at MD level.
- B2B marketing experience a bonus.
- Track record of driving process and culture within an agency.
- Good commercial awareness.
