One of London’s leading food and drink PR agencies is on the hunt for ambitious Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to join its growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for any Executive/junior level PR person with a passion for food and drink to be part of an incredible team. This company works with some of the most recognisable names in food, drink and hospitality helping these brands stay relevant and talked about. On any given day you could be taking media on a press tasting to discover a new menu at central London restaurant, planning a menu for the UK launch of a big drinks brand, or setting up brand partnerships that put your client at the centre of what’s trending. This Account Executive (or Senior Account Executive) role is all about creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail.

About the Account Executive role:

  • Media monitoring daily and sending clients relevant coverage and articles of interest
  • Overseeing all clippings and coverage reports weekly
  • Contributing to activity reporting, by keeping a track of what the team is doing
  • Developing your writing skills by drafting pitches, press releases, by-lines and client quotes for commentary regularly
  • Pitching to media, attending media meetings, and building solid relationships with journalists across food, drink and hospitality
  • Contributing to creative brainstorms for

The ideal Account Executive for this role:

  • In-house or PR agency consumer PR experience (all sectors welcome!)
  • If agency side, must be at Junior or Account Executive level
  • Must be an excellent writer with good attention to spelling and grammar
  • Confident and bubbly personality with a sense of humour
  • Highly organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, drafting reports and general admin
  • Experience dealing with consumer media (nationals, consumer print & online)

What the Account Executive gets in return:

  • Salary circa 25,000-30,000 DOE
