Job Description
Media Manager
A bit about us
We’re an integrated creative media agency with a conscience, combining network agency experience with an independent agency culture.
Our vision is to be the UK’s leading independent ethical agency. We live this daily through our volunteering efforts, flexible working policy, training & career development opportunities, pro-bono work, and commitment to the climate, environment, and a more equal society.
In recognition of this, we’re a certified BCorp, a three-time winner of The Drum’s Corporate Social Responsibility Award, we were 4th in Campaign’s Best Places To Work 2022 and recently been awarded Sustainability Best Practice and Best Travel and Transport Campaign Winners from Ad Net Zero 2023.
We do things differently here: no mark ups, and full transparency to our team and to our clients. We choose to only work with clients who are on the same journey as we are, and have turned down briefs from oil giants, the tobacco industry, and fast fashion brands to name a few.
As well as helping our clients grow their businesses, we also believe that advertising can and should be a force for good. In the last few months, we’ve been helping the climate sector to tackle misinformation, and won a Drum OOH Award for our work with suicide intervention and prevention charity Men’s Minds Matter.
Our ambition is to be the first choice for brands and organisations who want outstanding integrated ideas to grow businesses and create a better future.
