ABOUT KAIZO
Kaizo is an independent PR and content agency that works with big brands and brands with big ambitions - helping them grow, inform, sell, lead debate and maintain and enhance reputation.
The present company was formed following an MBO in 2011 led by Kaizo’s two current shareholders. Based in London with 25 full time employees, we like to think we combine a mix of big agency, big brand experience and insights, with the creative agility of a small ‘personal touch’ agency.
With Kaizo you get Kaizo. No silos, no internal structures, no barriers; just a great mix of consultants that meet your challenges head-on. The business specialises in demystifying complex messages and transforming them into coverage that focuses on business and societal benefits across technology and health sectors. From content development and media/influencer relations to strategic consultancy, converting and creating real results is at the heart of everything we do for our clients.
Our client list includes brands that operate across the business technology, health and science sectors, ranging from billion-dollar global corporations to privately-owned enterprises, challenger and adventurous scale ups. They engage with business, public sector and consumer markets via industry influencers, stakeholder organisations, analysts, and of course, the media - across digital, broadcast and print. We rank in the top 35 PR Week Healthcare and Technology league tables.
About 35% of our annual work has a multi-market perspective – from developing global content and campaigns to managing international programmes across many markets. We are able to advise on international PR activity, as well as deliver on the ground support through partners where needed as the leading UK agency in the Worldcom affiliate network.
We hold the PRCA CMS and are also members of the Cloud Industry Forum, the PAGB and the HCA.

TECHNOLOGY SECTOR KAIZO: STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL
We are totally at home in the ‘weeds’ of tech – from in the inner working of the latest SaaS and cloud strategies to AI/ML and data analytics. This deep tech expertise, combined with our capability to identify trends and issues, means we deliver campaigns that take brands on a journey - from the ones and zeroes of deep tech to the broader economic and societal impact it delivers.
We have worked with many technology companies across a wide range of sectors - from security brands such as Avast, Symantec, RSA, and McAfee, to broader brands on global campaigns, such as Cisco, CA, Brocade, NetSuite, Cloud Expo, BlackLine, SnapLogic, Pure Storage, Sharp, and Symphony. As such we are adept at translating technology on a daily basis with a heavy emphasis on what this means for business and society. We also work, and have worked, with a range of innovative consumer technology brands from launching Fitbit into the UK market, to our current support for sustainable audio brand Marley, Express VPN, Tile and Life 360.
BLACKLINE BlackLine’s mission is to modernise the way accounting and finance work through technology. Since its launch we’ve worked closely with BlackLine through UK market growth, expansion across Europe and a successful IPO. We develop award-winning, global PR and marketing campaigns, designed to position BlackLine as a thought leader on issues that significantly impact stakeholders in the audit and accounting sectors, as well as the wider business community.
Our latest campaign, ‘Eye of the Storm’, examined organisational resiliency in the face of ongoing market instability and volatility, which has generated more than 70 pieces of international coverage in outlets such as Fortune and Bloomberg. Additionally, with a dedicated landing page and a range of marketing materials, the campaign created multiple opportunities for the BlackLine sales team to engage with both existing and potential customers.
Freshworks makes software that helps businesses of all sizes create a better customer and employee experience. Our programme of media outreach helps to drive awareness of Freshworks’ journey from Indian start up to global leader in building and delivering modern software-as-a-service.
Our most recent campaign ‘Digital contagion, trust and social influence: The technological and cultural impact of a new generation’ identified trends amongst Generations Y and Z, looking at the impact of digitalisation in both a work and non-work setting. The joint campaign secured over 20 pieces of coverage in Europe, including an exclusive in The Times. More recently, we secured an opportunity for a senior spokesperson to feature on ITV Tonight’s programme ‘Customers: Are We Being Served?’ on ITV1, where he discussed whether the rise in Artificial Intelligence can be used to help speed up resolutions to our complaints.
SHARP EUROPE Sharp Europe enables small to large businesses and organisations across Europe to enhance performance and adapt for their workplaces of the future through a range of business technology products and services. We support the business across five markets in Europe, through one central contract working with trusted local agency partners, developing messages and campaigns coordinating product news, and managing five agencies across the region.
An example thought leadership campaign is one we developed around the future of work designed to support the business’ repositioning with customers, partners, and potential employees. We developed multiple storylines and insights to generate commentary in the national press as well as in influential media across Europe, with over 200 pieces of coverage including 25 nationals. The campaign was also used extensively internally and with customers and partners.
