About the Luxury Hospitality Group

Are you a Marketing Director with experience in the hospitality industry interested in joining a fast-growing luxury hospitality group?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re assisting an exciting premium hospitality group with the hiring of a new Marketing Director as they expand their in-house marketing team. This luxury hospitality group has a collection of premium restaurants and bars in London, with an expanding portfolio and more sites in London opening soon.

They are a collaborative and dynamic founder led team, with a range of vibrant venues and community focused values.

About the Marketing Manager role

The Marketing Director will work closely with the COO and the Founder and will have ownership over the marketing team and strategy.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Director:

  • Use your strategic ability to develop multi-channel marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Lead the marketing team to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of trends and innovations in the hospitality space.
  • Use your commercial skills to effectively manage the marketing budget.

About You

This position would suit a Marketing Director with strategic multi-channel marketing experience, strong knowledge of social and digital channels.

You’ll have experience in a marketing role in the hospitality sector, ideally with luxury lifestyle experience.

You’ll be driven, collaborative marketing leader looking for an exciting fast paced role in a growing organisation
